Tower Bridge opening

Every time I see Tower Bridge open, I stop and watch. It takes around 2.5 minutes from start to finish, and is such a treat to see.

You will notice from the video that I stop in ANY kind of weather. At one point I thought I'd fly away!

One for the collection

I love the very grand chandeliers you find in all the old livery halls and clubs and spotted this one at the IoD over the staircase.

I want one for my hallway; in my future mansion, that is!

Big Ben - from Trafalgar Square

This is one of my favourite London views. I love the way Big Ben towers over the chimneys and the tree tops. Shame about the speakers planted in front of the lions!
